These policies describe how Her Care Ritual will handle orders when the store opens. Orders are currently closed. Updated October 26, 2026.
Shipping
We ship from Ponte Vedra, Florida, to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Standard shipping is $9.95 per single-set order, plus applicable tax. Each checkout is for one set. To buy both sets, place a separate order for each; each order has its own shipping charge. There are no recurring product subscriptions.
Our dispatch target is within 3 business days after successful payment, excluding weekends and postal holidays. Carrier transit time is additional and is not guaranteed. We will contact you about any dispatch delay and offer the option to cancel an unshipped order for a refund.
Orders ship in a plain mailer with protective cushioning. A carrier and service are selected when the shipping label is purchased. Tracking is emailed after the label is prepared; a tracking number alone does not mean the carrier has received the parcel. Please check your shipping address before paying. Contact us promptly about address errors or missing, damaged or delayed parcels.
Returns & refunds
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Eligible change-of-mind returns must be unused, unopened and in original packaging, with any original hygiene seals intact. Obtain return instructions first and include your order number. No restocking fee applies.
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Original outbound shipping is not refunded for those returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Opened or used intimate-care products cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not limit rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Product or packaging photos may help; do not send images of your body. For a confirmed fault or our error, we arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover required return postage. Do not send back used products unless we arrange it.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after an eligible return is received and inspected. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.
Privacy
We use the contact details, delivery address and order information you provide to process payment, fulfill orders, send order and tracking messages, answer questions, handle returns and maintain business records. Please do not submit medical histories or other sensitive health information.
Stripe processes payments through its secure hosted checkout. Our website does not collect or store your full card number. Cloudflare hosts the website. Shipping details are provided to the shipping-label service and selected carrier when postage is purchased. Service providers process information under their own privacy policies as well as the terms of the services we use.
Order correspondence is handled through our business email inbox. We retain order records as needed for fulfillment, accounting, tax, dispute and legal obligations. Contact us to request access to or correction of your information, or ask about deletion subject to required record retention. We currently do not place advertising pixels or a marketing signup form on this storefront. If that changes, we will update this notice.
Purchase terms & product information
All prices are in U.S. dollars. The three-piece set is $29.99 and the five-piece set is $39.99, before shipping and applicable tax. Review the complete total in Stripe before payment. Orders are subject to available stock and successful payment. A declined or blocked payment is not an accepted order.
Three-piece product weights: 57 g, 69.5 g and 86 g. Five-piece product weights: 30 g, 45 g, 60 g, 85 g and 115 g. Product weights exclude packaging. Each individual weight has one solid retrieval tail.
These are personal-care pelvic floor exercise weights for adults. They are not appropriate for everyone. Read the supplied use and cleaning instructions before use. Seek advice from a qualified pelvic health professional before use if pregnant, recovering from childbirth or surgery, or experiencing pain, infection, unexplained bleeding or difficulty relaxing the pelvic floor. Stop use if discomfort occurs. This website does not provide a personalized exercise program or guarantee results.
Product photos describe the sets; colors may vary with display settings. Contact us before use if the product arrives damaged or differs from your order. The shipping and return policies above form part of these purchase terms.
